Noy hay luz en mi calle, Belloch

Ya es la tercera o cuarta vez en esta semana. En un tramo de una calle de la zona universitaria, entre un Imaginarium y una de las mejores librerías de España, no tenemos luz en la calle. Tampoco hemos tenido nunca un servicio de limpieza digno del primer mundo, pero lo de la luz de estos días es ya intolerable. He llamado al ayuntamiento y no hay nadie. Zaragoza (Uropa). Un contestador me dice que llame a emergencias al 092. No me ha contestado nadie. Uropa.
